About me
I sensed a call to pastoral ministry when I was 21 years old during a season when I was preparing for overseas mission work. In that process, I became convinced that the local church is central to God’s mission. The local church is the primary place where people are discipled, leaders are developed, and communities are transformed. That conviction has guided every step of my ministry since.
Over time, I have felt an increasing responsibility not only to lead ministries, but to help lead the whole church. In this season, that sense of calling has become clear and steady. I feel both prepared and compelled to serve as a Lead Pastor; to cast vision, develop leaders, and help a church move faithfully into the next season God has for it.
I am deeply motivated by the reality that there are still many people who do not know Jesus and not enough healthy churches to reach them. Discipleship gaps, leadership burnout, and underdeveloped leaders often limit what churches could become. My calling is to develop leaders who can serve the church well and to equip everyday believers to live out their faith in their homes, workplaces, and neighborhoods.
A Vision for the Church
I am especially drawn to churches that sense God leading them into a new season. Whether that involves growth, renewed mission, or greater alignment around discipleship. Healthy change is not about abandoning the past, but about building on what God has already done and stewarding it faithfully for the future.
I believe the church is called to continually mature in its mission: deepening discipleship, developing leaders, and creating space to reach people who are not yet connected to a local church. That often requires clarity, courage, and a willingness to adapt structures so they better support the calling God has given.
My heart is to help churches move forward in ways that are collaborative, communicative, and grounded in Scripture. Strengthening what is healthy, addressing what is limiting growth, and equipping leaders to carry the mission together.
Looking Ahead
My hope in the years ahead is to see people meet Jesus and be baptized, grow into mature disciples, and become leaders who serve both the church and their communities. I long to see churches that not only grow in number, but in spiritual depth, leadership health, and community impact.
More than anything, I long to see cities and regions increasingly known for the character of Jesus; shaped by healthy local churches that live out their faith visibly.
