Leadership

Leadership Philosophy

My leadership is centered on developing people, aligning ministries around a clear biblical mission, and building healthy systems that sustain long-term discipleship.

In recent years, this has included restructuring teams for greater health and clarity, building leadership pipelines that develop future pastors, and aligning ministries around a unified discipleship pathway.

Vision & Alignment

Healthy churches are built through clear mission, developed leaders, and aligned systems. My leadership focuses on creating clarity so teams can move forward together, equipping people to lead within their calling, and building structures that sustain long-term ministry.

I work to ensure that mission, values, and strategy are clearly defined and consistently applied across ministries. When direction is clear, leaders are empowered to make wise decisions and move forward with confidence. My role is to provide that clarity and help teams stay aligned as the church grows and enters new seasons.

Developing Leaders

I am passionate about identifying and developing leaders at every level; staff, residents, volunteer leaders, and emerging communicators. Rather than centralizing ministry around one person, I aim to build leadership pipelines that multiply influence and create long-term health. This includes coaching staff, establishing clear roles, and creating environments where leaders are trusted and supported.

Discipleship Strategy

Discipleship thrives when people have clear next steps. I focus on building pathways that move people from first connection to spiritual maturity through groups, serving, and baptism. This approach helps ensure that growth is not only numerical but formative.

Organizational Health

Strong culture and healthy systems are essential for sustainable ministry. I have led restructuring efforts that clarified roles, reduced turnover, strengthened collaboration between ministries, and aligned teams around shared values. My goal is to create environments marked by trust, accountability, and open communication.

Governance & Collaboration

I believe churches are healthiest when they are staff-led and elder-directed, with spiritually mature and diverse elders providing oversight and wisdom. I value collaborative decision-making, clear accountability, and strategic planning that filters decisions through mission and values.

Stewardship

Faithful leadership includes wise stewardship of people and resources. I seek to align budgets, staffing, and ministry priorities with long-term mission, ensuring sustainability while creating space for growth and innovation.
